Gameplay
This Expansion comes with a new map, a new campaign guide, and new characters and locations. Continuing your story from the base game is the better way to start Legacy of Ancestors. Expect to find new and interesting characters and entities, just like in the base game. Some mechanisms might feel similar, some will feel new, but all of them feel exciting.

If you liked the base game, you’re going to like this. You’re even probably going to like it better than the base game, because it’s better edited and the rules are tighter. It’s also willing to go to wilder places. But this is still basically more high quality Earthborne. The new mechanics feel like a fresh way to interact with the world.
